We are currently developing an international shortlist of artists who will be funded to produce initial designs for the project.

We aim to shortlist up to five applicants whose proposals will then be exhibited in Charleston and online.
All shortlisted applicants will receive a design fee of $4,000 along with liaison and support from Curator Matthew Jarratt, as well as advice on developing their proposals.
Shortlisted artists will receive detailed information about the site and will be asked to respond to the brief with drawings and/or digital models of their proposal.
The site for the Charleston Landmark has been kindly gifted to the project and we are working on an all inclusive budget of $500,000 to design, construct and install the artwork
